All orders for in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Orders Within the Benelux:

    • We use Belgian Post for shipping within the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg).
    • Estimated delivery time is 2 working days.

  • Orders Outside the Benelux:

    • Customers have the option to choose between two shipping methods:
      • Belgian Post: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.
      • DHL Express: Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days.
    • The choice of shipping method is at the discretion of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order, as well as your chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
